During 2006, we tested a number of data suppliers in the market, and found that IPT delivered the best data with click through rates in excess of 8% from send. As well as delivering data far quicker than any others in the market IPT has proven easy and reliable to work with.

IPT has provided Samsung Mobile a huge amount of new email permissions over the past twelve months which we use to introduce people to the Samsung Fun Club. This supply has been a factor in helping us to achieve our customer acquisition and CRM targets for 2006 and we would be happy to recommend them. Setting up the data collection process was relatively simple to do and IPT provided a new file of fresh "opt in" data every 30 days. The whole process is very easy to manage, with a highly competitive price.

Thanks to the questions Vodafone asks on its MyOffers questionnaire, when its outbound agents make the calls to the entrants' mobile phones, they know whether the prospect is a Contract or Pay-as-you-go customer, who their contract is with, and when it expires. Our rationale for doing this is based on ROI rather than volume. It initially appears to be more expensive, but we are finding that the conversion rate is far better than we get on any rented email/tele lead campaign.
We'll keep running the campaign as long as the ROI holds up, and as long as our outbound resources can cope with the volumes. To date, it's succeeding on both counts.
